Directions Munich
By car
Autobahn Garmisch (A95):
At the end of the highway, keep far left (middle loop in direction of the highway to Nürnberg.
Follow the median loop going north to Munich, and exit to the right after about 5 to 6 km towards the city center to Leopoldstrasse. Take a left at the light and travel straight on Leopoldstrasse all the way to the city center
Autobahn Salzburg (A8):
Shortly before Munich, at the interchange Hohenbrunn, the highway splits up into three parts: direction Nürnberg, direction Garmisch and direction Munich city center. Keep left in direction Munich center. At the end of the highway, turn right in direction Munich North and follow the highway direction Nürnberg. After 5 km turn right onto exit city center and continue on Leopoldstrasse. Turn left at the light and continue straight ahead on Leopoldstrasse in direction city center
Autobahn Lindau (A96):
At the end of the highway, keep left (middle loop in direction of the highway to Nürnberg). Follow the median loop in northern direction; after 6 km exit on the right to city center, to Leopoldstrasse. Turn right at the light and go straight on Leopoldstrasse
Autobahn Stuttgart (A8):
At the end of the highway (the highway ends in a roundabout), keep straight. After 3 to 4 km keep left (in direction of median ring of highway to Nürnberg. After 4 km exit to the right in direction city center, to Leopoldstrasse. Turn right at the light and follow Leopoldstrasse straight ahead towards city center
Autobahn Nürnberg (/A9):
At the Munich north interchange follow the direction Munich city center. Shortly before the end of the highway take the right exit to Munich-Schwabing in direction of the highway Garmisch/Lindau and stay on it. After 300 to 400 meters, take the right exit towards city center, to Leopoldstrasse. Turn left at the light in direction to city center and follow Leopoldstrasse straight towards the city center
By train
After arrival at the main station in Munich, you can take the underground U4 or U5 in direction south Arabellapark/Neuperlach, as well as U3/U6 Olympiapark/Garching Hochbrück. Exit the underground at the 2nd station, "Odeonsplatz", then walk on the left side of the Ludwigstrasse in northern direction towards Siegestor (Arch of Victory) until you have reached your destination
By plane
The airport is located about 45 km north of Munich. Every 10 minutes the streetcars S1 and S8 leave in direction towards city center. After 35 minutes, exit at stop "Marienplatz". Change trains into U3 or U6 in direction Olympiazentrum/Garching-Hochbrück and exit at next stop "Odeonsplatz", then walk on the left side of the Ludwigstrasse in northern direction towards Siegestor (Arch of Victory) until you have reached your destination
