Dr. Peter Klenk runs Homburg & Partner’s competence center Financial Services with its sub-segments Banks, Insurance, and Asset Management. His areas of expertise are market strategy, price management, customer satisfaction and loyalty management, customer segmentation as well as sales management. Dr. Peter Klenk has been active as a consultant in Financial Services for over ten years and has accompanied numerous financial service providers on their way toward improved market orientation. In addition, he has published more than 60 articles in leading trade journals.

Prior to his career in consulting he studied Business Administration at the University of Regensburg and obtained his doctorate in the discipline of ‘Controlling’ at the Chair for Financial Accounting and Auditing.
