As partner at Homburg & Partner, Mark Schröder heads the Competence Center Industrial Goods & Machinery. Mr. Schröder’s advisory activity is aimed at the measurable increase of his clients success in marketing. The emphasis of his work lies in the fields of price management, market strategy, market management and sales excellence as well as dealer management and reward systems.
In his consulting career, Mr. Schröder lead over 50 national and international projects, thereby residing in the US, China and Australia for a number of years. Furthermore, he developed a method in pricing and implementation of replacements and is regarded as a leader in this area of expertise.
Other than giving lectures in congresses, Mr. Schröder has regularly published articles in journals and books about methods of resolution in marketing, sales and pricing in industrial companies.
Mr. Schröder studied industrial engineering at the University of Karlsruhe (Technische Hochschule Karlsruhe) and specialised in market oriented business planing. He completed this course as an Industrial Engineer (Diplom).
