Career levels in the consulting field

Right after successfully completing your studies and with initial consulting experience, you will join Homburg & Partner as an associate. From day one, you will work directly for well-known customers and industry leaders and take on responsibility for a bundle of tasks within the scope of project work.

Following a successful start as an associate or with previous professional experience, you will become a consultant, increasingly take on project management tasks within a sector and support your colleagues in project acquisition.

After several years of consulting experience, you will carry out larger consulting projects on your own responsibility as a project manager and assume responsibility for the staff in your team.

As a senior manager you are part of the second management level in the company. In terms of focus, you are primarily responsible for the acquisition of projects directly from the customer and, in addition to the corresponding budget, also have extensive responsibility for staff.

As principal you will lead several project teams and report directly to the management. You are well connected in the respective industry and a sought-after contact for the top decision-makers of German and international companies.

Career levels in the customer insights field

After successfully completing your studies with a background in economics or social sciences and initial practical experience, you will join us in market research and support our research team in project management.

As an analyst, you will work independently on projects, be in direct contact with clients and occasionally support the research team in the acquisition of new projects.

As a research manager you maintain your own client base and are responsible for the independent processing of market research projects. You are jointly responsible for the further development of methods in your area of responsibility and are actively involved in project acquisition.

As a senior research manager you are part of the second management level in the company. In terms of focus, you are primarily responsible for the management of national and global projects, lead a team of analysts and assume an independent, central position in project acquisition and budget responsibility.
