pricing manager

Pricing managers are employees who are mainly concerned with the operational and strategic issues of price management.

Many large companies now have their own business units, which deal exclusively with price management and report directly to top management. In small and medium-sized companies, on the other hand, pricing management positions are also embedded in marketing or sales. The tasks of a pricing manager include the development of differentiated pricing strategies for different product categories, customer or country segments, but also ensuring profitability in price controlling.
